Our festival will always place content as the primary tool in selecting and judging all submissions.
With all the injustice happening around the world, the responsibilities of filmmakers have multiplied five folds. Film is an incredible medium to fight injustice.
The Human Rights Film Festival of America will create the platform needed to spread and share information for those who are unheard, for those who are unseen and for those who are uncounted.
Everyone has the right to be heard, to be seen and to be counted!

We are excepting submissions until December 31st 2023 for our second year competition slated for the end of January 2024. All submissions must be made via Filmfreeway.

In 1980 graduated from the Russian State University of Cinematography. Has been in the field of film industry since 1980. For many years worked in the studio “ArmenFilm” as an organizer of feature films production, executive producer. Since 2007. to this day, is the Founding Director of “Man Pictures” Studio. Author of a number of film and cultural projects. Producer of docudramas “Map of Salvation” and “American Good Samaritans”.
Attorney licensed in California and Illinois experienced in transactional law and litigation across federal, state, and international jurisdictions, including the International Criminal Court and the United Nations.
